Impact Players 2026

Impact Players 2026: Where Business Meets Sport

If you’re craving a room full of ambitious, thoughtful, values-driven people who get it, Impact Players is an event you won’t want to miss.

Impact Players is an international leadership conference that brings together women (and allies) from business, leadership and sport, applying the mindset, resilience and performance edge of elite sport to leadership and career progression.

The 2026 conference takes place on 12 May 2026 at ICC Belfast, and the full speaker lineup has now been released.

Why Impact Players?

Impact Players isn’t about motivational soundbites or ticking off another conference. It’s about real conversations, shared experience, and practical insight that stays with you long after the day ends.

Drawing on elite sport and senior business leadership, the event explores what it really takes to perform under pressure, lead with confidence, and stay resilient in demanding environments.

The conference is led by Sinead Sharkey-Steenson and Lisa Strutt, who have created an experience that is ambitious, grounded and deeply human.

The 2026 Lineup

Impact Players 2026 is headlined by Clare Balding, alongside an exceptional mix of leaders from elite sport and senior business.

Across the day, you’ll hear powerful stories and practical insight covering:

  • Performing under extreme pressure, including Everest-level challenges

  • Elite coaches on presence, confidence and leadership

  • Honest conversations about ambition, setbacks and resilience

  • Choosing your own race, on your own terms

It’s inspiring without being abstract, and challenging without being overwhelming.

You can view the full lineup and speaker details on the Impact Players website.

More Than a Conference

Impact Players is designed as a full experience, not a “turn up, take notes, leave” kind of event.

Your ticket includes:

  • A full day, in-person conference experience

  • Access to the Impact Players online community

  • Recordings from both this year and last year’s conference, including sessions with Gabby Logan and more

  • Invitations to additional events designed to maximise connection and learning

  • A pre-party and after-party (because great conversations often happen around the edges)

  • Plus other exciting elements still to be announced

In short, it’s not just a conference. It’s an experience built around connection, reflection and momentum.

What People Say

The feedback speaks for itself:

“The best conference I’ve ever been to.”Nadine Campbell

And from last year’s speakers:

“I have honestly never been involved in something so special and uplifting.” Danielle Hill
