About the Women’s Sport Collective
We are a free, not-for-profit global network of over 13,000 women working in or aspiring to work in sport. Powered by Fearless Women, our mission is to support, celebrate, and empower women at every stage of their careers across the sports sector.
Why Join the Advisory Panel…
As a panel member, you’ll:
Guide the Collective’s long-term strategy and direction
Act as an ambassador and advocate for women in sport
Provide advice, feedback, and represent member voices
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion within the sector
This voluntary role requires attending quarterly meetings (some in-person) and collaborating with fellow panelists and the Executive Team.
Who We’re Looking For
We welcome applications from women with:
At least 6 months of membership in the Collective
A commitment to equity and inclusion in sport
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in areas like community building, sponsorship, CRM, or broad sports networks (desirable)
We especially encourage applications from women of diverse backgrounds.
